Car Rental Mileage, Fuel and Return Rules in Qatar: What to Know Before You Book

How many kilometres are included, what happens if you drive more, how fuel works and what to know about extensions and early returns with Infinity.
Before you book a rental car, it's worth knowing the rules that affect your final bill: how many kilometres are included, how fuel works and what happens if your plans change. Here is how it works at Infinity Rent a Car.
Mileage: 150 km per day included
- Our standard rentals include 150 km per day. For a 3-day rental, that is 450 km in total.
- Kilometres above the allowance are charged per km. The rate depends on the car category and is shown in your rental terms.
- Booked through a travel website or broker? The mileage terms of that booking apply.
For most trips around Doha, Lusail, Al Wakrah and the main highways, 150 km a day is more than enough.
Fuel: return it as you received it
- Note the fuel level with our team at pickup.
- Return the car with the same level to avoid any fuel charge.
- Fuel in Qatar is affordable, and economy cars such as Kia Pegas or Honda City use very little.
Returning the car
- On time: return at the agreed time, at our Doha headquarters or the agreed location.
- Extending: contact us on WhatsApp or by phone before your return time and we will extend your rental.
- Returning early: unused days are not refunded and are not kept as credit, unless your booking says otherwise. Plan your dates carefully, or start with a shorter rental and extend.
Inspection at return
Our team checks the car with you, as at pickup: body, wheels, glass, fuel and kilometres. Traffic fines recorded during your rental are the driver's responsibility, with no admin fee.
